About this event
Out for Australia is excited host Out For Graduates 2022, in partnership with PwC Australia. Being an LGBTQIA+ graduate in any field is a challenging experience. Join us for an inspiring panel conversation with our young queer professionals on their experience on learning how to shine in the professional sphere.

Lizzie Olive (she/her) - Australian Taxation Office Making Inclusion Count Site Representative at the Australian Taxation Office who is leading the ATO's Australian Workplace Equality Index Platinum Project.
Dylan Lloyd (he/him) - Secretary of the PRIDE in AGD network at Attorney-General's Department and Executive Adviser to the Department's secretary.
Lana Gee (she/her) - A proud bisexual transgender women who is passionate about building social networks for transgender women.
Charlie Morscheck (they/them) - Associate with PwC in the Health and Wellbeing Consulting team.

OFA is a national, completely volunteer run organisation that seeks to support and mentor aspiring LGBTQIA+ professionals. Our vision is to create an Australia where every aspiring LGBTQIA+ professional is confident to be their authentic self in workplaces that celebrate diversity and are inclusive. Our mission is to provide visible mentors, role models, thought leadership and targeted support to aspiring LGBTQIA+ professionals and to strengthen the sense of community among professionals and students.
Our mentoring program has had over 2,000 participants since inception. It is run on an online platform that allows people to choose their own match. We also host events at our partner firms, both skill development workshops and large networking and panel events, where we highlight role models, share experiences and bring the community together.
COVID Safety
We’re working to deliver a combination of virtual and hybrid events to ensure accessibility for all of our community, while aiming to keep our community safe & healthy. Noting the inequity of how the pandemic affects different intersections of our community, particularly those with disabilities. We ask that you please review our below guidelines prior to the event.
If you are not feeling well before the event, please stay home and attend the event online if available.
We ask that before coming to the event, you are up to date with you COVID-19 vaccinations.
Out for Australia will be providing N95 masks at this event and we encourage you to take one & wear this throughout the event. For more information on why we recommend using N95 masks, check out this video. In addition, hand sanitiser will be available at the venue.
To reduce risk of transmission at our events, we will be asking that any attendees are vaccinated, with vaccination status to be checked upon entry.
If you do test positive within 3 days of the event, please let us know through this anonymous survey. This will enable us to let other attendees know that there may have been transmission at the event.
Please note that all of our volunteers attending this event will have completed COVID safety training and worked with the venue providers to ensure the event aligns to state/territory guidelines.
