Held for first time in ANZ, this essential workshop will take your ACT skills to the next level.

Led by four highly experienced trainers and supervisors (Ben Sedley, Louise Shepherd, Lisa Soares & Eric Morris), this intensive workshop will demonstrate how to use ACT to empower your interventions and give you lots of opportunities to practice skills with useful feedback in a friendly environment.

Over 2 days you will:

1) deepen your knowledge of functional processes underpinning ACT, to supercharge your formulations and interventions;

2) expand your skills to do effective, process-based behaviour therapy;

3) increase your fluidity as a practitioner, using Functional Analysis and Relational Frame Theory.


We invite you...

We invite you to participate in a weekend where the focus is building your mastery of ACT and contextual approaches.

Our training team will support you through round after round of skills-building exercises, theory-practice linking, and supervision experiences.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet others, network, share and grow.

What's the refund policy?

For those who have attended ANZACBS National Conferences, you will be familiar with the Terms below. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with these in advance of purchase and contact us if you have any queries. Your ticket purchase confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment for event tickets can be made via credit card or bank transfer only. If needing to make payment by bank transfer please contact the organiser 7 days in advance of the early bird cut-off date that you wish to book within.

If you register for one of the early bird rates and intend to pay by bank transfer, payment must be received in the ANZACBS bank account no later than the following day after the early bird rate closes or you will be required to pay the total amount for the ticket at the newly advertised rate.

We do not provide tickets for individual days of the event. If you are unable to attend any day or part thereof you are welcome to transfer that period to another person (refer to substitution below). You will not be reimbursed for not being able to attend any part of the ticket period.

REFUNDS

Your ticket is non-refundable but fully transferrable. To transfer your ticket to another delegate simply contact the organiser with details.

PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO RELEASE

ANZACBS may have official photographers/videographers for this meeting. Photographs/video taken at ANZACBS’s events may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for ANZACBS. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow ANZACBS to use the photographs/video—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide. If you do not want to be photographed or videotaped, please notify the organiser for advice about where to sit to avoid being recorded and also notify the individuals capturing the information.

No photography or videography of experiential exercises will be permitted.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Each individual attending ANZACBS’s event assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that occur during this time.
