About this event
The Human Services Skills Organisation (HSSO) invites your participation in a local Workforce Solutions forum that will:
- Facilitate open dialogue in developing new approaches to attract, upskill and retain the best possible staff
- Initiate opportunities to improve alignment of qualifications and training with the needs of the Human Services sector,
- Provide insights on local workforce development and skilling and current innovative and best practice solutions
- Provide an overview of the HSSO and detail how you can be involved in projects and collaborations to deliver meaningful and sustainable solutions
The HSSO is a national employer-led body addressing the growing and evolving workforce needs of the human services sector. We represent employers across aged care, disability care, veterans’ care, allied health, community health, youth services, and early childhood education and care.
