Acoustic Vibes Wangaratta is being held on Saturday February 20th 2021 at Merriwa Park, gate opens at 3pm, the tunes start at 3:30pm and end at 10:30pm.
🔞 This event is an 18 plus event, no minors, acceptable ID for proof of age, no ID - no entry.
We have taken a variety of steps to make this a Covid safe event and we will have Covid marshals assigned to all areas.
Contract tracing will be in place for the event with patrons required to electronically sign in providing their full name, contact number and/or email address. Patrons who are unable to scan the code will be offered to log directly into the site to record their details or via sms or paper based registration.
Tickets:
There are 2 options to get a ticket to this sweet gig - both are $70 per ticket but please read the descriptions to see which option will best suit you.
Option 1: Book A Table - $70 each
Book a table of 6, 7 or 8 people, $70 per person (the same price as general admin) however we will provide and set up a table with chairs for you. Yep that’s right for no extra charge all you need to bring is a good attitude and some mates. We have created a basic table plan for “reserved seating 6,7 or 8 people” option, so get in quick as tables are allocated from front to back in purchase order.
Option 2: General Admin, Bring a Chair $70 each
There will be designated areas for general admin ticket holders, you can stand in these area's or bring your own comfy chair and chose your spot within these designated areas.
Refund Policy
If this event can't proceed due to Covid 19 restrictions all tickets including fees will be refunded within 48 hours.
REFUND REQUESTS

Generally refunds will only be approved if an event has been cancelled, substantially relocated or postponed. There will be a time frame within which to claim a refund and you must deal with the ticketing agent for the refund not the event organizers.You must be the original purchaser of the tickets. Refunds will not be considered if the event has changed due to state government or health department mandated changes due to COVID - this could mean anything from a change in seating arrangements, change of headline acts, change of support acts, playing times, what patrons can and cannot bring to the event, among other changes.
If the show goes ahead on the same date and venue, with COVID safe changes, refunds will not be considered. Refunds will generally not be considered if you simply cannot attend, even if you are unwell. If you cannot use your ticket, you are able to gift it to someone or sell it (within your states legal requirements) to some one without changing the name on the ticket.

To quench your thirst, we have a fully licensed bar for your beverage needs. Our onsite food vans will have your grub covered with vegan and gluten free options also available.
✅What can I bring?
Sealed bottles of water, light snacks, chips and nibbles, a folding chair, dancing shoes and a good attitude.
❌ What can’t I bring?
NO BYO alcohol, sharp objects, no glassware, no metal cutlery, no tents, no beach umbrellas, no video or professional recording equipment, no pets and no worries.
Security on entry will search all bags, any prohibited items will be confiscated.

What about COVID?
Every effort has been made along with VIC guidelines to keep you safe. We have sanitizer stations and social distancing planned and policed by our Covid marshals.
Our tables are 3m apart and we take all aspects of social distancing very seriously.
Can you smoke at the event?
Yes, you can smoke at the event in the designated smoking area.
What if it rains?
We are not scared of the weather. Rain, hail or shine the show must go on. We recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, umbrellas, jackets, and ponchos – dancing in the rain is only fun when you have weather protection. There will be sunny and shaded areas at the venue.
What drinks are available?
Beer, red/white wine, soft drink, bottled water, vodka RTD’s, scotch & coke, bourbon & coke, CC dry and cider
Can I bring drinks?
No BYO alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages like soft drink, only sealed bottled water.
Can I bring food?
You can bring light snacks. Packets of chips, nuts, antipasto, dips and biscuits.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes
