Speaker: Prof. Hilton Deeth, University of Queensland, Australia

Speaker

Professor Deeth is a leading researcher and teacher in the fields of dairy science and technology. His expertise is of value to the development of new dairy product concepts; unravelling the quality aspects of milk, milk powders, and yogurt - including lipolysis & proteolysis; and proteomic analysis of milk and milk powders. Professor Deeth’s role also involves the provision of advice and training to the dairy industry. His consultancy work in this area has included training in UHT processing and troubleshooting quality problems.
