The first ever Australasian Colloid and Interface Society Public Lecture will be held on the evening of Monday 4 February, with a presentation on The science of taste from Professor Ole G Mouritsen, Professor of gastrophysics, PhDDSc, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Professor Mouritsen's career as a ‘gastrophysicist’ working at the intersection of colloids and food with a passion for science education, will ensure a fascinating event attracting public, industry and government attendees as well as conference goers, giving great exposure for the society and for colloid science.
