This workshop has been created to help people bridge the gap between writing goals down and actually achieving them.

We will go over a few ways to create a path to your success:

1. Values and Beliefs - Why you need to base your goals around these

2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques - Understanding what self sabotage is and how to improve this

3. Setting goals and why - What's the real reason behind your goals and how will you achieve them?

4. Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Goals that actually flow -Working everything together

5. Action - Understanding that only you will make these goals happen.

6. Visualization - If you can't see it than you won't be able to achieve it

Through these points we can place bricks down to create our own path to our goals
