Craig Boyle from MinterEllison will lead a panel discussion along with Mike Hales and Rob Humphreys to take us through what the changes in the whistleblower legislation are and what they mean in practice.
Craig's practice covers a broad range of industrial relations and labour regulations matters. This includes a focus on individual employment relationships and contracts; workplace policies and procedures; equal opportunity, discrimination and harassment; and workplace safety and training.
Mike has more than 25 years' experience in dispute resolution, acting as advocate and mediator, both in the UK and Australia. He represents industry-leading clients in the energy and resources, property and construction sectors. Much of his work has been international, in courts and arbitration.
Rob specialises in employment litigation and represents employers in complex claims brought by executives and other senior employees in Federal and State jurisdictions. He regularly advises government-owned corporations on all aspects of employment law, particularly executive terminations and sensitive workplace investigations.
Catch up on the latest in the whistle blowing space and network with the ACFE members and board members. Hope to see you there!
