Do you want to help people, but sometimes don’t know what to say? Do you get worried you are saying the ‘wrong’ thing?

Do you have trouble setting boundaries with people who look to you for assistance? Do you want to feel more confident when supporting other people?

Accidental counselling refers to situations where emotional support is given by one person to another person and where the person giving support is not a trained counsellor.

The Accidental Counsellor workshop is practical, interactive and will benefit anyone required to provide regular, or occasional, informal support.

Underpinning the workshop is the premise of “resilience over reliance” and workshop participants learn to empower and support others in a clear and practical manner.
