A short informative online session for small-medium businesses on how to deliver better customer service by providing a more accessible business.

Through real experience scenarios and local business examples participants will:

• gain simple ideas to implement straight away
• learn to use checklists to help plan improvements
• discover suitable projects for grant applications

There will also be time for question and answers.

This workshop is designed to help local businesses submit better applications for the Mornington Peninsula Shire Accessible Business Improvement grants (opening 7 February 2022 and closing 11 March 2022).

Suitable for hospitality, accommodation, tourism, retail and any business with either a bricks and mortar frontage, or an online presence.
