While attention to access is required for all students, supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing, vision impaired or physically impaired require specific knowledge and attention to accessibility. Navigating the complexities of the access and language requirements of these students can be difficult, especially where principals and staff have limited previous experience in these areas.
This masterclass provides an overview of the access requirements that are fundamental for the successful inclusion of students with sensory impairment and/or physical disability.
