Dr Janine Cooper returns to discuss how health factors and taking part in physical activity - Yoga - can be hugely beneficial to cognitive performance (e.g. memory, thinking and attention) and wellbeing (e.g. stress and anxiety). Janine will identify key brain regions and their associated functions and how mindful movement can help protect and enhance such abilities. Attending this workshop gives you the potential to enhance your understanding of the holistic benefits of mindful movement on the brain and behaviour, and support your wellbeing.

Ariene Foster has been practicing yoga for over ten years and after becoming 200 hour certified in San Diego, California in 2015, she's taken her passion of this practice to share with others around the world.
