Come and join Deborah McNelis, our first keynote speaker from the US as she shares her knowledge on the importance of brain development in the early years.

Highly energetic and dynamic, Deborah McNelis, an early brain development specialist, is a recognized international keynote speaker, trainer and author who bridges early brain development research with the essential and exciting realizations of the ways adults can easily understand how to support children to achieve long-term positive outcomes and well-being in life. With the eagerness she has to make this become common knowledge, she founded Brain Insights, LLC.
With a palpable dedication for educating all adults, audiences feel the passion Deborah has for raising the critical awareness of the impact of experiences in the early years.

The second keynote speaker is Dr Belinda Davis, the Program Director for early childhood at Macquarie University.

Belinda has a BEd (Early Childhood), Master of Early Childhood and Doctor of Philosophy in early childhood. She has been a lecturer at the University of Sydney and Macquarie University where she has been researching with educators working with children aged Birth to Five years. She has worked on a number of research projects with the NSW Department of Education, Museum of Contemporary Art and ACECQA. She is strongly committed to good outcomes for all children.
