Aboriginal Heritage Tour

Event description

Description

Experience the world's oldest living culture in the heart of Sydney

The Royal Botanic Garden Sydney offers an opportunity for local, domestic and international visitors to learn about the richly diverse history and culture of Aboriginal People within Australia.

One of our Indigenous Guides will conduct a tour where you will learn about Indigenous people, places and plants and in particular, the Cadigal People of the Eora Nation who are the Traditional Custodians of this land.

The Gardens was a site in which the First Nations people lived off and farmed for many years before settlement. The tour will allow visitors and guests to learn and experience Indigenous Culture with view of two of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks.
