Overview

Learning from the past and looking to the future with Traditional Owner Jillian West

Deepen your understanding of Aboriginal Culture and history. Through this half day training session, led by Jillian West from the Bunurong Land Council, you’ll gain insights into Cultural protocols, values, and perspectives.


Jill is a proud Palawa woman from the Islands of Bass Strait and Proud Bunurong woman from Point Nepean born in Victoria with a lengthy career supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in work, education, and support in their life journey.


This training workshop aims to foster respect and empower the Landcare community to work inclusively and meaningfully with Traditional Owners - Landcare learning from the past and looking to the future.


Tea, coffee and light lunch will be provided.


Refunds will be offered up to 7 days before the event. If you no longer wish to attend simply cancel your booking on Eventbrite so that it can be reallocated to others on the waitlist.
