Discover all the world's evils, from torturous medical procedures and 'operations', to treatments for hysteria; as we open Pandora's Box and unveil how women have suffered all the world’s evils at the hands of her womb.
The presentation will display medical instruments and equipment based on historical records.

Felicity has reenacted and performed at the Abbey Medieval Festival throughout the years and she has a degree in Ancient History with Honours on Gynaecology in the Ancient World. Her thesis examined and compared the treaties of three of the prominent medical writers from the Ancient Mediterranean; Hippocrates, Galen and Soranus.
