Blue Mountains People for Reconciliation/ANTaR invite you to a forum at the Gaelic Club (Level 1, 64 Devonshire St, Surry Hills). 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
Meet Uluru Statement and Union activist Thomas Mayor, a Torres Strait Islander man born on Larrakia country, Darwin; Nicky Laupepa, a community worker and leader in Sydney Alliance campaign for the Voice; Aunty Ali Golding, respected elder from Biripi country and long term rights activist in Redfern; Aunty Carol Cooper, Dharug/Gundungurra member of BMP4R; Julie Perkins, Aboriginal delegate in the Australian Services Union (ASU).
Tea, coffee, biscuits served or buy a drink/food from the bar. Donations appreciated (cash only). Copies of Thomas Mayor's books will be on sale.
