At this workshop you will learn how to make a Festive Fig and Beetroot Salad, Heirloom Tomato and Cheese Tart, Seasonal Greens with a Citrus Almond Crumb & a Decadent Chocolate Ganache Pie.
This fun and interactive workshop is the perfect way to get inspired to create a healthy Christmas table and menu. All the recipes are Plant based, and use seasonal and organic produce. Niki will demonstrate how to adapt the recipes if there are any special dietary requirements, so be sure to ask questions along the way.
