5 course southern dinner with matched cocktails and beers.
The Southern states of America is a hidden gem of culinary delights. Oh wait. Its not hidden any more. Some of the worlds best chefs, now reside and present food in the South.
The recent tradition of eating a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey is a Southern phenomenon. Legendary chef, the late Paul Prudhomme popularised the dish at his famous French Quarter restaurant, K Paul.
We will include hickory smoked grass fed angus brisket, served on a traditional southern biscuit.
Carolina pulled pork with apple and absinthe slaw. Collard Green gratin, pecan pie and plenty of other suprises.
A selection of Southern craft beers and classic cocktails are included.
Doors open at 6:30pm and the dinner starts at 7:00pm
