Scaling up your production, managing the operations such as cashflow and logistics, and developing new processes to manage the growth phase can make this stage immensely challenging.
Join us to talk about the challenges of growing a food business from start-up to scale-up with a business owner on that journey, a distributor servicing the retail and foodservice sectors, and a contract manufacturer supporting young businesses to grow. topics will include the challenges you'll encounter, some tips for new players, the most perilous problems to be aware of, practical things to consider when going through a growth production phase.
