An Afternoon well spent tasting the finest of delicacies from the great southern ocean prepared in true Peruvian style by our Executive Chef Ian Gatjens. The Event will feature a 6 course tasting menu including Ceviche (National Peruvian Dish) & Tiradito (Nikkei Style).
Each course is paired with wines chosen by master winemaker Rob Wignall from the award winning Wignalls winery,located in Albany.
