Join La Sirène at the award-winning Highline Restaurant for a unique paddock to plate dining experience.

Head Chef Simon Tarlington formerly of Quay in Sydney has expertly matched 6 courses alongside a special selection of local artisanal beers by La Sirène brewing. The evening will be an exciting food and beer journey through complementary and contrasting flavours, locally sourced ingredients and farmhouse ales with a sense of time and place.
