Join Chef in Residence, David Tsirekas, for a long table degustation dinner with matched wines that celebrates local produce from the beautiful Peloponnese region.

  • Tomato Salata - Tomato, onion, smoky grilled pita bread strips
  • Monemvasia Saitia - Herb and horta pastry pastry pockets
  • Fried Barramundi Savoro - Fillets of barramundi deep fried in a light flour batter and served with a sweet and sour dressing
  • Roasted Rooster with tomato honey and cinnamon sauce - With roasted artichokes and potatoes
  • Baked goat and macaroni filo pie - Slow braised goat with macaroni , ricotta , lemon
  • Sauteed spinach with garlic and orange
