In this class you will learn how fermented foods made in your home without nasty additives can improve digestive health, nutrient absorption and immunity.

Gayle from Mad Millie will share with you how to get started with fermenting at home with no previous experience

What's covered in this course...

Make an artisan sourdough loaf with under 15 minutes hands on preparation.

See the simplicity of fermenting veggies, and taste the results.

Create Greek Yogurt, Labne and Whey all filled with millions of probiotic bacteria cells.

Taste Kefir, a delicious health drink with 8 strains of live kefir culture.

You will finish the class with some fresh bread, home-made fermented veggies, a selection of charcuterie and cheeses and a glass of vino.

This class includes a Mad Millie 15 Minute Sourdough Kit ($39.95 RRP) that allows you to reproduce fabulous bread in your home kitchen without any experience
