• Assisted birth & caesarean (LUSCS)

Morning Tea

12 – 2PM | Parenting & Recovery
• Emotional & physical post-birth recovery
• Baby care, sleep, settling, immunisations
• With guest physio Kim and Kirsty from Social Mums Group
