Broadsheet is bringing together three exciting names in Brisbane dining for a one-off European feast, and you’re invited.
The three-course menu has French and Italian influences, and will be served with a glass of wine from Greenglass’s impressive collection.
Potato gratin with a béchamel glaze
Nut tuile with enochi and greens
Whole suckling-pig porchetta stuffed with blood, smoked almond and fennel pollen. Served with stinging nettle, porcini, Colatura di Alici and white polenta.
Cannoli siciliani: cannoli shells stuffed two ways, one with sweetened ricotta, nuts and candied fruit, and the other with Sicilian chocolate custard.
The main will be accompanied by one glass of wine by Spoken Wines.
