Event description
This workshop will stimulate and refresh your playful side and support you to connect with nature in a profound and tender way!

About this event

"I felt that between the deeper connection to the elements and the joy of play something both magical and deeply nourishing was created." Michael Shaw

This one-day workshop connects theatre-based improvisation with nature.

Working outside, in a beautiful, natural setting, you will have the opportunity to bring your body, senses and imagination alive. Engaging in simple, powerful exercises involving movement, voice and play, will give you a sense of joy, lightness and connection with yourself, others and the wonder of nature.

You will stimulate and refresh your playful side in an atmosphere of safety, trust and support.

Be prepared to move, to make stuff up, to go out nature with curiosity and wonder and to come away from the day having had experiences that will instil a new energy of creativity into your heart, mind, body and life.

The workshop will take place at a beautiful venue in Burringbar. There is a wonderful indoor space, as well as forests, fields and a pristine creek to play in. A vegetarian lunch, as well as morning and afternoon teas will be provided.

DATE: SATURDAY 17th APRIL 9.30am-5pm COST: $180 (inclusive of food)
