What is the refund policy?

All tickets are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. To do so, please contact us at customerservice@faytthelabel.com. Any ticketing changes must be actioned through Fayt and made before Monday October 21st, 2024.

What is the date and time of the event?

A Date With Fayt will be held on the 31st of October 2024. The event starts at 6pm and concludes at 10pm. Guests must arrive at 6pm sharp as doors close at 6:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is smart casual. The Fayt team is taking this night as an opportunity to get dressed up and feel glamorous - join us and show us your style!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes, your ticket includes complimentary champagne on arrival, an open bar with beer, wine, champagne and soft drink as well as roaming canapés served throughout the night by the wonderful team at Alfies.

Is there an age restriction for this event?

Yes, this event is for guests ages 18+, ID will be checked upon entry. No children allowed.

Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?

Yes, this event is exclusive to ticket holders only.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely! If you have no one to come with on the night there's no need to feel alone. This event will be all about connecting with our community and making new friends.

Is parking available at the venue?

There is no allocated parking at Ravella, although there is street parking on surrounding streets. We do recommend carpooling or getting public transport to the event as spaces are limited in Newcastle CBD.

Yes, there is wheelchair access throughout the entire venue.

I have dietary requirements, will they be catered to?
