Taste of the Beaches Special Event
Let us take you on a journey into the wonderful world of cheese.
Guests will blind taste three pairs of cheeses, from various styles, guessing which cheeses are Australian or European.
After sampling, one of our experienced team will reveal the answer and then describe each cheese in more detail, including the history , region, terroir, maker, ageing process and flavour profile.
Detailed tasting notes will be provided to take home, including recommended wine pairings for each cheese type.
