A 2 Week Yoga Nidra Immersion for Total Relaxation and Mind/Body Balance

Yoga Nidra is known as the ‘waking sleep’ and has been studied to help reduce stress through complete mind/body relaxation. This 1 hour class will introduce you to a 40 minute complete Yoga Nidra with gentle YogaPilates Stretches before and after this total relaxation. It has been said that sleep as well as productivity increases after just a few sessions.

Studies by Richard Miller, who has pioneered Yoga Nidra studies over the last 15 years, has proven that reductions in stress symptoms has occurred with a regular Yoga Nidra practise amongst all ages but particularly young children, teens and youth.
