Yes very close , come out of the station and turn to the famous CocaCola sign then down Williams st a block past O'Malleys and there we are ...(~250m) Come down the stairs and join the party . There are buses as well

Do we need ot book a ticket ?

No not necessary just rock up, but remember ticket holders have priority !!

Yes at the bar, tables and chairs on the mezzanine floor and around the dance floor.
