•LEARN daily practices to use that are manageable as a busy mum/ mum-to-be. Including yoga + mediation practices

•Discover healthy eating routines and guidelines to support your energy and stress levels
•Access to a closed FB support group
•24/7 Facebook support with Jewels
•BONUS: 20 minute take home hypnotherapy recording for your specific needs: eg: stress, anxiety, blissful birth
