First Nations have 60,000 years of information, culture and stories to contribute to the design and creation of the digital landscape and economy. The immense cultural and commercial value First Nations people can contribute to the various industries utilising tech and digital requires businesses to understand the benefits of designing digital products by all, for all.

Our First Nations contributors, Luke & Levi, will be in conversation with ally John Chambers, exploring their own successes while deep diving into dissecting the future of inclusion, the importance of allyship in the tech industry and the impact of creating more opportunities for First Nations people.

Braindate at DIF

The opportunity to learn from each other while attending events and conferences is immense, but can be difficult to realise. How can we spark the knowledge-sharing conversations between research, business and startup communities which can be so valuable?

At DIFvic we want you be inspired and connected to potential collaborators so we have partnered with an organisation that is on a mission is to transform the way humans learn throughout the world. Together we are bringing business matching in the form of 'Braindates' to this year's festival. Hopefully helping you to have a valuable DIF experience.

The DIF2019 Braindate Lounge will be at the Victorian Innovation Hub at the Goods Shed with Stone and Chalk on Thu 29 Aug. When you book a ticket to any of the DIF Hub sessions you to receive a special 'Braindate' activation code.
