This practical, six-week challenge will set you on the path to success. Find out why you do the things you do and how to get that brain of yours working for you, rather than against you. Unlock your hidden potential and start living the life you've always dreamed.

Each week the challenge will focus on one key principle for your new successful life. These principles will build on each other as you start to expand your knowledge and skills in mindset, emotional intelligence and self awareness.

  • Week 1: Goal Setting - Get clear on what you want using the WIG principle (Wildly Important Goal) and the power of the subconscious mind.

  • Week 2: Values Elicitation - Discover what's most important to you and how this knowledge can help you achieve success in your life.

  • Week 3: Six Core Needs - Find out the core drivers behind your actions and how to meet your needs more resourcefully.

  • Week 4: Secondary Gain - Uncover the hidden reasons why we procrastinate and self-sabotage and how to stop it for good.

  • Week 5: Above the Line/Below the Line Thinking - Learn how taking 100% responsibility for your thoughts and actions will give you back power and control over your life.

  • Week 6: Be, Do, Have Model - The overarching, guiding principle to achieving long-term success in all areas of your life.
