Ever since I was a little girl I believed in magic. It wasn't until I started growing up that I realized I didn't know what it felt like, until I started to look within and found the light.

Life. Life is an adventure. There is mountain’s that are steep and rigid, slippery like ice and rough like pine cones. There are oceans so wide and so deep, so rough and so calm. I believe life is a journey to find our best self. That all the ups and down of life are their to serve us, to serve a role in our life, to encourage us to wake up when we need to and grow a little more.


Hello, my name is Brooke Brunskill and I am passionate about creating the space for humans to connect consciously to explore themselves to create a life that is full of love, health and happiness. I work one-on-one with individuals and families to explore their current lifestyle including overall health and well-being, to identify ways that they can live more consciously, enabling them to live a life that they love.

I understand what it feels like to be alone, to not understand where I am, to not have any idea of what I want to do when I finish school, to be bullied, to feel unloved, to feel anxious or depressed, to feel homesick, to feel like a victim, to feel like I don’t belong . . . and most of all I know what it feels like to not know how to love myself. So, what got me through this?

I was introduced to love and mindfulness. From here my consciousness has expanded and I grew to be drawn more to the light than the darkness, to see the best in everything rather than the worst, to look at everything from a perspective of love rather than fear and I began to realize that the darkness is part of my growth and in fact I became friends with it. Those tough situations I have been through were there to make my heart stronger, my consciousness wider and my beliefs about who I was, deeper.

Why am I so passionate about this?

I believe when the space is created to enable humans to share together, and have another perspective and way of living shone upon them, there would be more humans living lives they love, more happiness, more acceptance and a better world. I know this because of how it has changed my life personally and so far the lives of others I have worked with. And the best thing about this way of living is that whenever situations that come up in life and throw you off guard, these tools allow you to come back, every time. They are tools that humans can take with them and use throughout their entire life. That is invaluable.

I am still on this journey and I am sure that I could relate to you and how you have felt at some stage in your life, or maybe you are right there in that place right now. That is probably the reason why you came here to this page. To find an answer. The big news is that I don’t have ‘the’ answer for you, your answers are within you and only you can begin to dive deep within to find all that is within you. I am here to create the space for you to do just that.

6-Week Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners

During these 6-weeks you will be introduced to Vinyasa yoga and learn techniques to remember and practice the vinyasa style of yoga anywhere, anytime.

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that combines breath and movement, connecting mind, body and spirit. This style of yoga can be modified for any level, in particular this course is for beginners who would like to learn the vinyasa yoga sequences with proper technique and alignment and also incorporate yoga into their daily life.

Vinyasa is great for your overall health as the physical practice increases the heart rate without strain with deeper movments (asana) and flow whilst also assisting students to maintain a steady, calm and focussed mental and emotional state. Vinyasa yoga often involves props to assist students in poses and deepen the effect. There is often a theme or peak pose with each class that the teacher guides the class with thorughout, beginning with a grounding technique and warm up.

What you will learn:

  • Introduction to vinyasa yoga and the history
  • Proper technique and alignmnet for Surya Namsakar A + B (the vinyasa yoga sequences)
  • How to turn your focus inward and tap into Source, the place where you have control of your emotions and feelings
  • A variety of breathing techniques to create a calm and steady mind in any environment
  • Each class will be different with different themes and alignment focuses including (backbends, hip openers, inversions, balance and many more) using a variety of muscles and movements which enhances flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health.
