About this Event

This workshop will be a hands-on experience where you can make your own fermented vegetables. You will also get to try some different samples of fermented mixed vegetables and kombucha.

The workshop will include troubleshooting and tips on how to look after your ferments. We will provide full notes.

Interesting facts! Some of the health benefits of fermented foods are: gut health, food preservation and flavour enhancement of otherwise bland dishes.
