Taught by pregnant yogi Jess from SoulTribe Yoga, this Radiant Mama Prenatal Yoga + Mindful course is designed specially to address the health and wellbeing of mama and baby that occur during this messy, exciting, scary journey from pregnancy to motherhood.
Explore and learn safe yoga postures, designed to help the body manage pregnancy aches and pains and optimise your body for birth and beyond.
Jess will leave you feeling strong, flexible, empowered, as well as techniques to maintain a positive mindset during pregnancy and into the birth.
Using elements of yoga, breathwork, meditation, visualisation and mindfulness practices this course will help pregnant women to create a connection with their changing body and lives and their baby within the womb.
The course is not only physical based, but a strong emphasis on helping pregnant women to destress, stop the busy monkey mind, trust their body, build a heart connection with their baby and feel positive and empowered about the future of themselves and baby.
Jess will create community during this course, meaning you have a safe space to share you thoughts and connect with other mamas.
All classes will offer postures suitable for each stage and for complete beginner to experienced yogis and differentiates from a general yoga class as it is specifically designed to meet the needs, questions and challenges of pregnancy, birth and beyond, is led by a pre + post natal trained yoga instructor.
Not just another yoga class, each week addresses a certain element of pregnany.
