About the Course:

Begin the new year with a focus on enriching your physical vitality, and supporting your mental and emotional equilibrium. This course focuses on revitalising the body and its systems, through the integration of physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation, and meditation techniques.

The five days are sequenced so that each practice layers on the next to build a richer experience of yoga.

Whether you're inspired to participate to initiate changes in your life in the new year, or simply looking for an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, this course will meet you wherever you are, and provide tools for the pathway forward.

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Your Teacher:

Sarah Ball has been teaching yoga for over fifteen years, practising since childhood, regularly facilitates on yoga teacher trainings, and is a lover of raspberries. She is also a qualified counsellor, art therapist and clinical social worker, specialising in yoga for mental health, who developed the popular Yoga for Anxiety and Depression 8-week course (details: https://www.sarahball.com.au/yoga-for-anxiety-and-depression). Sarah's programs are informed by her extensive ongoing training in a wide variety of yoga approaches. Her classes offer a fusion of trauma-sensitive, body-positive, hatha, vinyasa flow, Vini, yoga therapy, and yin yoga methods, with an emphasis on the power of yoga to inform and transform our lives beyond the yoga mat.
