Join a 5-day FREE mindfulness challenge with Sabina Vitacca, known as ‘The Personal Trainer for the Mind’.

About this Event

Please note - The Mindfulness Challenge is not a full day commitment each day - but rather just 15 minutes of your day, a time that works for you, where you can find some time to participate in the Challenge tasks.

Designed to help you work on ‘project you’, Sabina will help steer you to live a more productive and less overwhelmed life during the uncertainty of COVID19.

Mindfulness simply means to be present in the moment – in your thoughts, actions and behaviours and has been scientifically proven to have HUGE benefits for your wellbeing.

Receive daily e-mail challenges direct to your inbox to start you on your journey. Each challenge can easily slip into a pocket of your day - taking a maximum of 15 minutes.

  • A professional now working from home who might be struggling with isolation or change at work?
  • Concerned about the stresses of job loss, team changes or financial worries?

By signing up to this challenge, we’ll also invite you to join our ‘Five-day Mindfulness’ Facebook community to connect and engage with Sabina and like minded individuals.

The challenge can be completed at your leisure each day but you’ll receive the daily challenge within the private facebook group at 7am.

Even after your 5-day challenge, Sabina will continue to support you via Facebook and LinkedIn. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder if your daily e-mail doesn’t arrive as expected. E-mails will commence from the date you selected to start the challenge.
