Description
AeRO National Forums bring together national, state-based and institutional eResearch service providers, University eResearch Directors, representatives of CAUL and CAUDIT, NCRIS and EIF Super Science funded organisations, and State and Federal science agencies.
The Forum provides an excellent opportunity for interested parties to come together and discuss issues facing the sector.
The AeRO participants actively co-operate to advance eResearch in Australia. AeRO is a national association of eResearch providers, a collaborative group working to accelerate the development and adoption of eResearch practices, capabilities and standards in Australia.
The National Forums are held to bring these providers together to develop a collaborative program to strengthen eResearch nationally.
Previous forums have been instrumental in establishing agreed programs of work.
AeRO is looking to review its structure, priorities for discussion, and action in 2013, and we invite you to have your say. The programme for this forum includes:
· The eResearch Co-ordination Project
· Report back from the three 2012 working groups
· Discussion of future governance structure for AeRO
· Setting priorities for AeRO work in 2013
· The next working group subject.
Please extend this invitation to other organisations that might be interested in attending this event.
