A workout for you and your dog! This fitness session and dog training combo will give your and your best bud a full body workout, and will also improve your dog's behaviour and relationship with you.

If you don't have time (or motivation!) to hit the gym and walk the dog; if your four-legged pal is never tired; if your body and your dog's behaviour both need some work; or if you just can't get enough of having fun with your pooch, this training session is for you! Your dog will be your best workout buddy, running alongside you for active exercises, then learning new tricks and useful obedience skills while you get in your push ups and planks. The exercises are adaptable for all fitness and obedience levels (human and canine), so whether you're a fitness fanatic, obedience champion, or just wanting to get a bit active with your furry friend, this class will leave you feeling great!

Run by Sue, a personal trainer and Jal, a dog trainer, both you and your dog will have expert guidance on hand to ensure you both have a great time working out together!

What to bring to class:

  • Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for exercising
  • A flat buckle collar/martingale collar/harness and a leash for your dog. A waist or "hands-free" leash is great if you have one.
  • Bite-sized treats for your dog (stored in a tupperware or zip-lock bag works well).
  • Do not feed your dog for at least 2 hours before class, as exercising on a full stomach can be dangerous for dogs and can lead to bloat or torsion.
