This is a fun and really practical 1 day workshop, developed by Lauren Maxwell, Founder of Headstrong Women, specifically for fabulous women aged 40 and over who are looking for ways to get their mojo back!
It's really common for women to go through what we call a 'critical change point' at around age 40 and question career direction at this point. We get feedback ALL THE TIME from women who come from all sorts of backgrounds that they feel dissatisfied or frustrated because they no longer feel connected to, or are not getting any meaning out of what they 'do' for work. It's also a time when many realise that they have been too busy or distracted by other life events that they haven’t invested in themselves for some time and it's now really difficult to make the big decisions about their career when they're not quite sure what their goals are anymore. Can you relate to any of this?
This workshop will help you to redefine your career goals through gaining a really deep insight into what makes you YOU, learning how to clearly identify all your unique skills and strengths, and begin the process of mapping out what your mojo thieves are and ways in which you can protect yourself against them. You will leave feeling energised, strong and capable to take the steps you need to redesign the career and life you want.
And you know what happens when you're feeling confident in your career? You feel confident in YOU! Life's too short to be missing your mojo, so come along and reclaim yours!
Lauren Maxwell is a women's career development expert and a passionate 'mojo seeker'. When she's not working with women one-on-one to clarify and achieve their career goals, she's writing or speaking about career development all over the place, with her articles and expert comment being featured in publications like Hunter Headline, Fairfax media, Central Coast Advocate, and kidspot.com.au. She's the founder of Headstrong Women, a regular contributor to Leaders in Heels magazine www.leadersinheels.com, and a very entertaining presenter.
