Description

40 is the age that we’re supposed to have our sh*t together by, right? The time when we know what we want to do with our lives; feel appreciated in our homes and at work; and are confident enough to go forth and take over the world!

Yeah….right….

For many of us it's REALLY common to lose our mojo around the age of 40 - life can often 'get in the way' and impact our career, mood, and motivation! Think about it - we're faced with the daily tasks of looking after kids, looking after parents, paying the bills - before long it's hard for us to focus on anything but the bare necessities of life! And personal or career goals....well they've taken a back seat for a while now, or they get lost in the sea of 'guilt' when we dare to think too long about them....does this sound more familiar to you?

What about the feelings of 'simply going through the motions' OR throwing your arms in the air and saying 'I don't even know who I am anymore'??

If you're nodding along, then I’ve designed this workshop especially for YOU!

Imagine feeling in control, motivated, and knowing which direction you want to go in. Feeling satisfied, and excited about your life and career again. Feeling more like yourself again.

40 and FABULOUS will empower you to develop the life and career YOU want by giving you the tools to:

-understand why decision making can be difficult as a woman in her 40’s, learn how to simplify this, and take some of the stress out of it
-recognise the importance of redefining your career in your 40’s, and feel empowered to take the steps needed to get where you want to go - whether that’s a career change or not!
-get back in touch with who YOU really are - your values, your purpose, your choices
-identify your unique strengths and skill set - and get comfortable in telling them to other people!

Here’s what some other fabulous women who have worked with me said:

"Lauren has the ability to really make you think about what you are struggling with and articulating the reasons you are unhappy with your career. This is done in such a manner that you don't even realise you have the answer. Thought provoking, confidence building and fun in one short day. Thank you Lauren” Dianne age 40

“I feel much more prepared and confident now because of your advice and coaching” Jane age 41

“Lauren was extremely knowledgeable about her content and was able to draw information in a fun and informative way” Di age 44

Numbers for this unique and highly interactive workshop are strictly limited to promote maximum engagement and learning opportunities.
