This is four week course, designed for a very small number of women. Each week Erica and her team of experts (such as Tanya Lewis, Dietician, Personal Trainer and Director of Life Personal Trainers). will be exploring and simplifying a number of key areas that relate to your health and wellness, such as;
- Healthy Eating
- Physical Exercise
4 Weeks to Wellness will also explore how Career and our Relationships impact our wellbeing, and how we can use these areas to elevate our wellness and joy! (We're delighted to have Libby Blakemore, a Dating and Relationship Coach, offer us her best tips on creating nourishing relationships)
Not only will you walk away with new knowledge, but you will also leave feeling pampered and relaxed. As a participant of 4 Weeks to Wellness, you will be delighted with weekly giveaways such a beauty products, books and tasty treats. These gifts, plus your course handouts, are designed to help you IMPLEMENT the information that you will be receiving each week.
We understand how easy it is to hear new information, and then neever put it into action. But we're here to change that! It is our mission to see the participants create new habits! So this course will also cover some fundamental principles of goals and the science behind successfully creating new habits. Plus, Erica will be there to provide in between session email support.
