This 14 PDU course focuses on scheduling best practices and enabling Project and Program Managers to build world-class project portfolios with Microsoft PPM.

The overall goal is to teach you a practical approach to ‘how’ to use the tool within the context of industry best practices so you can build solid schedules that reflect the true status of the project and accurately forecast through completion. The course is closely aligned with:
