Customer-based Design Foundations

This fun and intensive 2-day program has been specially developed to equip and inspire participants to use Design Thinking to bring customers into the heart of your organisation. Come along to learn and apply philosophies, tools & techniques that embrace the world of customers and design.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options?

Mater Hill bus station and South Bank Train Station are a short walk from the venue. Paid parking is avaialble at Swiss Belhotel and nearby parking is avaialble at South bank or Mater (secure or street parking).


What should I bring into the event?

All materials and catering will be provided. We recommend you wear comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for an air-conditioned room!

Payment and cancellation

Please contact us to discuss costs if you are keen to send multiple participants, or need us to follow a specific procurement process.
