The Masterclass is an interactive session designed to help SMBs maximise growth and design their go-to-market strategies through the 9 Boxes™ methodology. 9 Boxes™ is a simple, proven framework that helps businesses grow.

As a participant, you will assess your current marketing performance through our online diagnostic tool and throughout this session, you will learn how to interpret and improve this score.

This will assist your business to create a strong growth capability, ensuring your marketing investment contributes to profitable growth, moving your business away from tactical marketing and into strategic marketing thinking.

We will help your business to start looking at:

You will have used our online diagnostic tool prior to the session to obtain your gap analysis. During the session you will develop an understanding of the tools and methodologies behind the framework, learning how to apply it to your business and develop takeaway actions that, when implemented, will help improve your growth capability.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER - NICOLA PICKUP

During her extensive international, corporate experience, Nicola has held senior marketing roles in both the UK and Australia, and over the past 20 years, she has launched and established products and businesses into the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Although a specialist in retail, her client list also includes companies in sectors ranging from engineering to leisure. Having experience in both B2B and B2C markets, Brisbane-based. Nicola now concentrates on advising SMB companies on how to create value-driven marketing strategies that help to deliver sustainable growth.

With an early grounding in the complete suite of traditional marketing practices, she has adapted these principles to suit the fast-changing markets of twenty-first century Australia; from start-ups to corporate, distributors to franchise and bricks and mortar to digital.

Regardless of size or sector Nicola is always focused on creating innovative ideas to solve problems and is passionate about implementing impactful marketing strategies that deliver value to a business.

To add to her strong academic background in marketing, Nicola is studying for an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
