Yoga practice has been shown to improve wellbeing and mental health. Yoga aids in relieving symptoms of depression & anxiety, improves focus, concentration & memory, calms your nervous system and reduced symptoms of PTSD.

So come join us on the Simpson Lawn on the Bundoora campus, hosted by the Sports Centre, and do something good for your wellbeing.

No yoga experience necessary - beginners welcome!
