Join me for a 30 minutes yoga nidra session.
Yoga nidra, also called "yogic sleep", is a form of meditation and deep relaxation technique. Anyone can do yoga nidra. All you have to do is lie down on the floor/mat/bed/couch (possibility to stay seated if you prefer) and listen to my voice.
It is a great way to cut or end your day with a sense of deep relaxation.
I would recommend you to take a jumper or a blanket/scarf to cover you during the yoga nidra.
The class will be host on zoom. The link and password will be sent by email when you have booked the session.
