2XU Free Viper Circuit Class- Tuesday 28th March

Together with Ally from Fitness Angel Bootcamps we are offering FREE fitness sessions twice a week for everyone to join. All fitness levels and ages welcome.
Viper is a 45 min Interval Training body weight circuit with the use of a harness and resistance bands. Increase strength endurance, mobility, anaerobic threshold, cardio vascular and core.
